Store Manager for our Summer Store in Lysekil

As a store manager at Rabalder, you will focus on sales. You will also work as a salesperson in the store and have full responsibility for the store's results. You must be able to motivate and lead your team members even though you do not work many hours together.

Your work includes budgeting, scheduling, personnel responsibility, and sales analysis. We see it as a given that you enjoy working towards set goals and always provide the best service.

We are looking for someone who:

-has experience in retail sales and values building close customer relationships.

-is positive, results-oriented, and inspiring with strong self-drive.

-enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment and sees challenges as part of your daily development.

-understands the importance of being a trustworthy, engaged, and humble salesperson.

-can be flexible.

Weekends according to schedule from week 14 to week 23, then approximately 25-30 hours/week until week 35. Compensation according to applicable collective agreements with additional company benefits.
