Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a nursing assistant who wants to work as a planner in our Alarm Center.

The Alarm Center primarily works with responding to alarms from our customers living in ordinary housing. As a planner, you will distribute incoming alarms and tasks that the Alarm Patrol supports the nursing staff with, e.g., medical interventions. Part of your working hours, in addition to your work as a nursing assistant with planning assignments, will involve working in the Alarm Patrol and responding to incidents in the field.

Our customers should feel secure knowing they can receive help in acute situations where they struggle to manage on their own.

In addition to alarm work, the planner handles certain administrative tasks, such as receiving support requests and managing them, as well as providing basic technical support for the Home Care Administration staff, such as administering permissions and similar tasks.

The job requires you to be independent and the spider in the web for the Alarm Patrol. You must be self-assured as you will often need to make decisions when there is limited staff available, such as on weekends and evenings.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title. You have at least two years of experience working as a nursing assistant. Since our operations are vehicle-based, and you will also work partially in the field, it is required that you have a valid B driver's license for manual transmission and are experienced in driving.

We require that you can perform certain delegated interventions and see it as a requirement that you have previous experience performing medical interventions under the delegation of a nurse.

We work to keep ourselves updated in data systems that facilitate documentation, alarm management, planning, and so on. It is a requirement that you have knowledge and interest in working with various computer systems and phones as tools in your work. You have good IT skills in basic systems such as the Office package, etc. Experience with systems such as Intraphone, Life Care, Appva, and Heroma is an advantage.

Your tasks will also include answering calls that come into the alarm center, and we see it as an advantage if you have previously worked with similar tasks. It is also advantageous if you have previously worked as a coordinator or planner within healthcare and social services. If you have worked in a similar alarm operation, that is an additional merit.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, team- and service-oriented, and who naturally puts the customer in focus. You have the ability to look ahead and make quick, well-considered decisions in difficult situations.

For the position, you must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
