Location Responsible Hotel – Central Stockholm

Employment Type: Full-time 100 percent / 6 months probationary period

About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and structured Location Responsible who wants to lead and develop our housekeeping operations within the hotel in central Stockholm. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality in cleaning, hygiene, and service, as well as leading and motivating your team towards common goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, allocate, and follow up on the daily work within housekeeping
• Ensure that cleaning and hygiene meet established quality and safety requirements
• Plan schedules and staffing based on operational needs
• Conduct quality controls and regular inspections
• Recruit, onboard, and train new staff
• Coach and develop employees and manage personnel issues
• Be responsible for ordering and controlling cleaning materials and supplies
• Handle customer dialogue, complaints, and special requests
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Report results, deviations, and improvement measures to management

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within cleaning/housekeeping
• Strong leadership skills and ability to create engagement within the team
• Structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, hygiene requirements, and workplace regulations
• Good administrative skills
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
