Who are you?

As a person, you are fearless and willing to take your own initiatives. You have a good sense of humor and believe it is important to have fun at work while warmly and professionally engaging with your guests.

You are meticulous and structured and possess strong problem-solving skills. Experience in hotel reception and/or conference work is a bonus but not a requirement. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is a must.

Job Responsibilities

The guest service team is the first point of contact for guests upon arrival, checking them in and ensuring that all guests feel welcome. Guest service also ensures that conference rooms and other spaces are prepared for guests' arrival. In addition to daily operations, tasks may include serving and bar work, sales and booking, or assisting other colleagues. You will work both in a team and independently. The team is led by the guest service manager.

This is a full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. Working hours are varied; days, evenings, and weekends, so a driver's license and personal vehicle are necessary.
