About the role As a neighborhood host, you are the relationship builder who will create good contacts with Mimer's customers as well as with contractors, authorities, administrations, and associations. You work in a team that has joint responsibility for the operation, supervision, and development of a specific area, as well as financial responsibility for the properties in the area and ensuring that you collectively follow the budget.

Typical tasks:

• Be responsible for/perform repairs

• Be responsible for the quality of performed repairs

• Conduct rounds in your area

• Be responsible for the preparations and execution of customer move-ins and move-outs

• Handle and investigate disturbance cases

• Drive local projects that develop the area

• Administer and manage invoices and work orders, etc.

• Answer questions and inquiries from customers at e.g. tenant meetings, personal meetings, email, and phone

We believe that you:

• Have completed high school education

• Have experience working with customer service

• Enjoy and are skilled at practical work, e.g. assembling furniture

• Have a valid driver's license (B)

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. Additional languages are a merit.

• Have good computer skills with knowledge of the Office suite and experience working in various IT systems.

You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others, and you strive to deliver solutions. Since you will be using both a mobile phone and a computer as your work tools, it is important that you are accustomed to working digitally and can easily learn and navigate different data systems. Experience in property management is also a merit.

Good to know The position is a permanent employment with placement at our headquarters here in Västerås. Start date will be as soon as possible, considering any notice period.
