SKIN THERAPIST/CUSTOMER DEVELOPER
Are you a driven and business-oriented skin therapist with the ability to create and build long-term customer relationships?
We are currently looking for an authorized skin therapist and skincare salesperson with a focus on advanced skincare for an important key role in our dynamic team. We prefer that you have experience from B2B.

About the role: As a skincare salesperson/customer and customer developer, primarily for our advanced skincare brands, you will play a central role in our team. Your main task will be to sell our premium brands to new customers and further develop and strengthen relationships with our existing customers. You will also conduct training, give presentations, and be part of skincare events that provide our customers with a first-class experience. At the same time, we also participate in several trade fairs.
As a person, you are responsible, organized, self-driven, positive, flexible, and always customer-focused. You easily establish good contact with new people and are trustworthy. You will work independently and have your own responsibility for some customers, but the work will be done in close collaboration with an engaged team. The job involves travel with overnight stays 1-2 days/week, but the arrangement is made together with us.
To succeed in this role, you need to have good competence, be able to juggle many tasks, be a good communicator, see solutions, be passionate about the profession, and have a solid interest in our industry and keep up with what is happening. Of course, you are also passionate about the products we have in our portfolio. Together we create success and grow in a dynamic industry!
Your main responsibilities:
· Further develop existing retailers
· Sell our brands to new customers
· Have customer responsibility
· Conduct training for selected brands
· Hold and participate in events
· Attend trade fairs
We are looking for someone who:
- Is business and goal-oriented and driven by delivering results
- Has a natural ability to build long-lasting and strong customer relationships
- Is service-oriented and has a burning interest in skincare and sales
- Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility while being part of a team
- Is a self-driven, organized, and positive person
- Likes to be out in the field and is flexible in your workday
- Has a B driver's license (this is a requirement)
Your qualifications:
- Authorized skin therapist, preferably with several years of experience
- Experience in sales and customer care (preferably B2B in similar industries)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
- Experience in conducting training or presentations is an advantage

Workplace:
· You will have our headquarters in Stockholm as your base but will primarily work out in the field and with customers. The job usually involves overnight stays 1-2 days/week, but the arrangement is made together with us.
· You can live in Stockholm or nearby areas as you will sometimes also work from home.
