voco® Stockholm – Kista is located in the business-rich Kista area of Stockholm, offering an exciting stay for both business and leisure travelers. With 201 rooms, a spacious restaurant, five meeting rooms, and a fitness and wellness area, we strive to provide our guests with a personal and memorable hotel experience. The hotel is part of IHG, one of the world's largest hotel chains, and is operated by the Latvian hotel operator Mogotel Hotel Group. Together, they opened the first voco in the Nordic region on September 2, 2024.

As we are in a growth phase, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented SPA therapist. The position is a part-time role that includes day and evening shifts as well as weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that our spa is clean and ensure that our guests receive an exceptional and relaxing experience
• Perform facial and/or body treatments
• Manage bookings and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and maintain the spa's equipment and facilities
• In addition to reception duties, sell our products in our spa shop.
• Ensure that changing rooms and common areas are clean and inviting for our guests.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in spa, health, or wellness
• Authorized skincare and/or spa therapist/massage therapist is a requirement
• We work with the skincare brand M Picaut, so knowledge or experience with the brand is an advantage
• SHR license is a requirement
• If you also have a Cidesco certificate, it is an advantage but not a requirement
• Excellent communication skills
• Be a proactive team player, able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• A positive attitude and a strong focus on customer service
