At Lyko, we are often associated with e-commerce – and yes, that is a big part of us. But did you know that we also have over 30 stores and a network of almost as many hairdressers? We also have our own product development where we own brands like Waterclouds, Grazette, and Happy Crazy Mine, as well as our own training activities in everything from cutting techniques to color theory – not to mention all our product training sessions. 🌈✂️ You hear – we are investing in our hairdressing business and are always on the lookout for new talents who want to help shape our future in beauty! 🤩

Of course, we want to offer our customers the very best, and that’s where you come in! For our salon in the store at Täby Centrum, we are looking for a trained hairdresser with a Gesäll certificate who is great at cutting, coloring, and styling hair but also sees opportunities beyond that. Perhaps fixing hair for our events or helping to promote our products at launches.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period, preferably for 32 hours a week, but we are open to suggestions! Of course, we follow the hairdresser agreement and in addition to that, we offer extra sales commission and the possibility of store bonuses. What does a Hairdresser do at Lyko?

We are located in the heart of Täby Centrum, and as a hairdresser in a bustling mall, you can really take advantage of the large customer flow. We see your starting point in the salon, but there is also the opportunity to be out in the store where you can help our customers - guide, show the latest tools, products, and trends when it comes to hair. The spice is that in addition to the daily work in the salon, you also get the opportunity to participate in our events that we conduct or sponsor 🤩. PR events, product launches, influencer events, live podcasts, and livestreams are some of the events we have already had in-store, and we also pop up now and then at events outside the stores. Everything from being present in Almedalen to having styling assignments or styling for the photo shoot of the cross-country skiing team. Did someone say style the Idol finalists? Cool, right?!! If you like to be where the action is, this is the role for you!

Rent a chair or employed? It’s up to you!

We are all different. We are looking for someone who wants to help create an experience beyond the ordinary for every customer. Someone who wants to hang out, socialize, and get to know our customers deeply. Someone who loves beauty, loves to share your ideas, and wants every customer to experience a WOW moment. You are a trained hairdresser with a Gesäll certificate, confident in your professional role, and keep yourself updated on new trends in the industry.

At Lyko, we believe that who you are and what abilities you have are just as important as your experience.
