JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Team Leader, you will work out in the field and, together with your fellow team leader, assist the Operations Manager in planning, leading, and distributing work among our employees within the operations unit. The role includes responsibility for various projects, which among other things involves citizen contact, planning of personnel and machinery, invoicing, supplier contacts, and participation in budgeting. The position also includes snow removal and winter preparedness. Responsibilities include the municipality's ice rink, sports and recreational facilities, swimming areas, and hiking trails.

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment and enjoys working both independently and in a team. You thrive on planning and organizing, enjoy problem-solving, and feel comfortable prioritizing and making decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Coordination and/or leadership experience
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Driver's license (B)

You should have previous experience in roles with coordination and/or leadership responsibilities. You have good computer skills and feel comfortable working in MS Office. A driver's license with at least a B category is required for the position.

If you have previous experience with similar tasks, we consider it an advantage. If you have documented leadership training and possibly other relevant education and qualifications for the position, we also see that as an advantage.
