About the position – Kitchen Assistant

This is a role entirely behind the scenes, where you work closely with the kitchen team and contribute to the smooth running of the operation.

Responsibilities include, among others:

• Preparation in the kitchen (mise en place, peeling, chopping, preparing ingredients)
• Basic food preparation according to instructions
• Dishes and cleaning
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Receiving goods and restocking
• Following hygiene and food safety procedures
• Supporting the chefs in daily tasks
