Operations
We are looking for a care assistant for Home Care. We are seeking someone with prior experience in care and support. It is important that you enjoy taking responsibility and can work independently as we often work alone. The working hours are during the day, evening, and weekends.
Job Responsibilities
The work as a care assistant with us means that you provide support and service based on the individual needs of the user and are responsible for ensuring that the user receives good care. The work involves interventions in the user's home. Main tasks include assisting with personal care such as showering, toilet visits, meals, etc., based on individual needs, performing health and medical care interventions, providing service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc., as well as working and documenting in various systems.
Qualifications
Applicants should have experience working in care and support and hold a B driver's license. You must have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form to communicate with users and other staff and to document what the operations and work require. We conduct language mapping before employment.
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who takes pride in the profession and wants to deliver good care and service. Much of the work is done alone, so it is important that you are responsible, attentive to the individual’s needs, and can quickly adapt and prioritize according to current conditions. You should also have a good demeanor and a strong empathetic ability. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Working Hours/Duration
The position is full-time and lasts until 2027-03-31. Start date by agreement. Interviews may begin before the application period has ended.
