JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will provide support, care, and service to users in their own homes based on approved interventions and implementation plans. Job tasks include personal care such as assistance with hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, and meals, as well as medication administration according to delegation. The work also includes service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping. You work person-centered with a focus on the user's self-determination, safety, and participation. Documentation in the operational system is included, as well as noticing and reporting changes in the user's health status to responsible staff. The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, nurses, planners, and unit managers, where you contribute to good cooperation and safe and secure care.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Trained nursing assistant (or equivalent experience)
• Genuine interest in people and respectful interaction
• Responsible, flexible, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Good ability to plan and prioritize your work
• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Basic computer skills (documentation is part of the job)
• Driver's license B is an advantage
