We are now looking for you who are a specialist nursing assistant and want to help continue driving the development forward.
At Forenede Care, you will be part of an engaged organization where you make a difference every day – while also having fun at work. Together with knowledgeable and driven colleagues, you will help shape the future of elderly care.
Månstorps Ängar is operated by Forenede Care on behalf of Vellinge Municipality. The residence has 56 places distributed across four units and offers apartments for elderly people with cognitive impairment.
We have large, accessible gardens, generous common areas, and environments that include a retro shop, salon, sensory room, and warm water pool. The residence is strategically located close to both a train station and bus stop, and for those who drive, there is free parking right next to it.
As a specialist nursing assistant with a focus on dementia, you will work with care and support based on the individual needs and wishes of the residents, in accordance with assistance decisions and with a clear focus on quality.
You will perform regular care tasks and delegated health and medical care interventions, such as medication management and training.
The social aspect is an obvious part of the work – with us, residents should be able to live life, all of life. This can involve everything from conversations and games to excursions, bike rides, and joint activities.
Your role as a specialist nursing assistant in dementia will also include:

Planning and designing knowledge-based measures with a holistic perspective throughout the day
Being a support in family contacts
Monitoring the external environment and updating the organization’s knowledge in the field of dementia
