Do you want a varied job where you can combine practical maintenance, planning, and responsibility – and where your work is noticeable in every guest experience? As a Property Manager at First Camp, you play a key role in creating a well-maintained, safe, and inviting environment for our guests and employees. Here, you will work broadly with maintenance, improvements, and development of the facility – year-round – in a company that is constantly growing and evolving.
Who is First Camp?First Camp is Northern Europe's leading camping company with over 70 destinations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Germany. We are on a strong growth journey and have developed from approximately 100 million SEK in revenue in 2016 to over 1 billion SEK in just a few years – thanks to both expansion and acquisitions.
With over 2,500 employees, we work together towards a common vision: to create the world's leading camping chain and deliver memorable experiences for our guests – every day.
What does the role entail? As a Property Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the destination's buildings, facilities, and outdoor areas are well taken care of and function properly year-round. The work is both practical and planned – you perform ongoing maintenance, repairs, and improvements, lead seasonal staff in maintenance, and ensure that everything runs smoothly in daily operations. In line with creating added value for each other and our customers, you should be able to pitch in where needed, which means that as a Property Manager, you will also work with reception and cleaning at the destination.
You collaborate closely with the Destination Manager and the property department, plan maintenance, follow up on status, and contribute to the long-term development of the facility. The role is independent, varied, and important for the overall experience – where your commitment is noticeable in both the comfort and overall experience for the guest.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Be responsible for ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, technical installations, playgrounds, and green areas.
Perform simple carpentry, repair, and service work, and ensure that machines and tools are used and maintained correctly.
Conduct rounds, inspections, and reporting, as well as initiate and follow up on actions.
Plan the week's work and lead seasonal staff in maintenance with clarity and structure.
Collaborate with the property department on projects and long-term planning.
Contribute to safety, fire protection, and order at the destination.
Act with hospitality and a service mindset in contact with guests and colleagues.
Work proactively and contribute to improved routines, standards, and working methods.
Clean cabins, service houses, and common areas.
We are looking for a responsible and practical person with a genuine interest in maintenance, quality, and service. You enjoy working independently, planning your day, and taking responsibility for getting things done – always with a focus on safety, order, and comfort.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Vocational training in property management, construction, technology, or equivalent experience.
Experience in maintenance work, property management, or craftsmanship.
Good planning skills and experience in taking personal responsibility.
The ability to lead and instruct seasonal staff.
Basic IT skills and administrative order.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Driver's license (B) and the ability to use the destination's vehicles for work.
Experience in camping, hotels, or other service-oriented businesses is a plus.
As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and helpful. You enjoy seeing the results of your work and take pride in creating environments where both guests and colleagues feel comfortable. You are unpretentious, enjoy collaborating, and contribute to a work climate where everyone helps each other to achieve common goals.
What do we offer? With us, you will be part of an ambitious company with both heart and drive. The role gives you the opportunity to influence, develop, and grow – while working closely with both people and operations.

We Deliver Results – In everything we do, we focus on creating results for our guests, colleagues, and the entire company. The goals are set high, and we succeed best when we use both heart and mind.
We offer a workplace with good opportunities for development and caring colleagues who share wisdom and laughter. Together, we want to continue our success story and grow with more stars who want to be part of building our future.
