We are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager PTA Roslagsbanan City for an authority within traffic.

This is a consulting assignment based in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

In the role of Assistant Project Manager for planning, permitting, and contractual matters (PTA), you will be part of the client organization for the expansion of Roslagsbanan to the city. You will work alongside the project manager and jointly be responsible for a team of approximately 10 people who plan, lead, manage, follow up, and report on the work within PTA's areas of responsibility.

Within the organization, PTA is also responsible for two consulting organizations focused on railway planning and environmental permitting issues. The function ensures, within established frameworks, that railway plans, environmental permits, and necessary property-related agreements are developed.

You will support the project manager in leading the team, planning and following up on work, managing interfaces with other parts of the organization, and reporting on progress and challenges. The role involves working according to established processes and routines in the client's document management system. The assignment allows for both remote work and work at the office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, with an expected presence of at least 60%.

Responsibilities

Create clear frameworks for the work within the project.

Propose and participate in organizational development.

Prepare information and decision-making materials.

Review produced materials.

Plan, lead, and follow up meetings.

Collaborate with other parts of the project and within the Traffic Administration.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

Identify, (in some cases) own, follow up, and report risks related to your part of the organization.

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

Education: You must have a university degree with a focus on project management or related to planning, environment, or contractual matters.

Professional experience in Planning, Permitting, Contracts: You must have at least 8 years of work experience in either Railway Planning, Environmental Permitting, or Contractual Matters or a combination of these areas.

Professional experience in Project Management: You must have at least 2 years of experience in a leading position that included work with railway planning according to the Railway Construction Act.

Public Administration: You must have worked in a client role within public administration in a leading position in at least 2 projects or for at least 3 years.

Professional experience in Consultation Process: You must have been responsible for or held a leading position in at least 2 public consultations.

Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Desirable

You should have experience from at least 1 complex infrastructure project in an urban environment with a project budget of at least 500 million SEK.

At least 3 years of experience working with implementation agreements in infrastructure projects.

At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
