We are looking for a skilled pizza baker for restaurant Pazzi (Vasastan)
Pazzi is an Italian restaurant located on Kungstensgatan in Vasastan, fully focused on authentic Neapolitan pizza, baked with carefully selected ingredients and a great passion for the craft. The restaurant has a relaxed yet lively atmosphere with a fast pace.
We are now seeking an independent and experienced pizza baker with a sense of quality and speed.
Working hours:
Friday 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM
During your shifts, you will be responsible for the entire pizza station, including preparation before service, dough and ingredient management, baking during service, as well as cleaning and sanitizing after your shift.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience baking Neapolitan pizza
- Has good knowledge of dough, fermentation, and ingredient management
- Is self-driven and responsible
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Is accustomed to preparation work and thorough cleaning
- Has a sense of quality, structure, and teamwork
