Regionservice's mission is to lead, develop, execute, and streamline service functions for healthcare and other operations within and in collaboration with Region Dalarna. We do this in areas such as property management, food & meals, logistics, cleaning, and patient-related services. Property Management Manager Falu Hospital

We are now looking for a first-line manager who will lead and be responsible for property management, including external maintenance in the Middle area, with primary responsibility for Falu Hospital. The operation includes technical areas such as electricity and backup power, energy, ventilation, medical gases, fire safety, elevators, and plumbing, as well as snow and ice control.

Your team consists of 24 employees, of which 2 are coordinators with supervisory responsibilities. The role includes personnel, financial, and operational responsibilities, and your tasks include work environment management, financial follow-up, continuous improvement work, and quality and deviation management.

• You will have many points of contact and collaborate and interact with, among others, property managers, operations controllers, suppliers, and representatives within healthcare.
• You will have support from the operations manager, fellow managers, a central FM unit, and technical regional specialists within Regionservice.
• You will report to the operations manager and be part of the management team for the Middle area.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• Experience in management with personnel responsibility
• Experience in property management or related technical operations
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

Desirable

• Experience in project management
• Previous work with management systems, for example, in quality and environment
