Service Employee Wanted at ISS

About the Role

As a service employee, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You primarily work with delivering mops and cloths to our customers, as well as other tasks that may arise, such as helping to pick up and drop off materials and machines that need to be transported between customers/offices.

The position is 75%, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period. A manual B driver's license is required for the position.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your area of responsibility, and be able to suggest improvements for the customer and ISS. You easily build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups.

We prefer that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language. A high school education is required as well as a Manual B driver's license.
