ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a contract coordinator for Beyond Gravity in Linköping. Here you will have a central role with many points of contact and great opportunities to grow into the position. As a contract coordinator, you will become a key person in the organization. You will act as the spider in the web between internal functions, suppliers, and other external parties. You will drive contracts forward, ensure that deadlines are met, and make sure that all parties have the right conditions to deliver as agreed.

At Beyond Gravity in Linköping, about 250 people work on the development and manufacturing of advanced equipment for use in space. The company's main products are adapter and separation systems where they are world leaders. With 90% of the commercial market, they supply all major providers of launch services worldwide with equipment for launching satellites of all sizes. The space industry is currently undergoing an exciting transformation where the traditional space industry is challenged by 'New Space'. This includes new technologies and solutions, and it is becoming increasingly important to manage many different types of customers, suppliers, and products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, and follow up on contracts
• Ensure that deadlines are set, communicated, and adhered to
• Be the cohesive link between internal and external parties
• Follow up on financial aspects related to contracts, such as costs and invoice documentation

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has post-secondary education in, for example, economics or law
• Has some understanding of finance and can interpret financial documents.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has worked in a technical or international environment.
• Meets the requirements for and can undergo an approved security classification.
• Is available for immediate start.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience in a coordinating role, for example, in project management, purchasing, or administration
• Understanding of legal terms related to contracts.
