About the Position

We are now looking for a dedicated and self-driven property technician for a temporary assignment of approximately 1–3 months, starting immediately.

In this role, you will work with operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that the technical operations function efficiently and that the properties maintain a high standard.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supervision and maintenance of the property's technical systems
• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Inspections and contact with tenants and contractors
• Minor repairs and actions within plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as a property technician or in a similar role
• Has a good technical understanding of property systems
• Is practical and solution-oriented
• Preferably has a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have relevant education in property technology or operational technology.
