Your new role

As a Transport Leader in the crane department, you are the hub of the operation and are responsible for planning, directing, and following up on transport assignments in an efficient and customer-focused manner. The role involves daily contact with drivers, customers, entrepreneurs, and colleagues, ensuring that assignments are carried out as planned, on time, cost-effectively, and with high service.

Your main tasks:

• Planning and coordinating transports for our crane segment.
• Following up on ongoing transports and handling any deviations.
• Administration related to invoicing, hired transports, and material flows.
• Contacting customers to manage orders, inquiries, and customer-specific requests.
• Optimizing routes and resources for the best possible efficiency.
• Working on improvements in logistics flows and internal routines.
• Reporting and analyzing key figures (KPIs).

In this role, you will be based at the headquarters in Mölnlycke and report to the Traffic Manager of the crane department.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in the transport, logistics, or contracting industry and who has a strong sense of service. You are a relationship-building, solution-oriented, and structured person with a clear business drive and thrive in the role as the hub between customers, partners, drivers, and transport management in our other departments.

Building and maintaining good relationships, both internally and externally, is something you excel at. You are used to a fast-paced work environment, have excellent communication skills, and ensure that the flow operates smoothly regardless of the situation. You work independently but also appreciate the strength of a close-knit team.

For the role, good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required, as well as a driving license with at least category B; higher categories and experience with TracsFlow are advantageous. If you also have experience as a driver or good local knowledge within the industry, we see it as a valuable asset.
