Car Damage Repair Technician – We are looking for experienced car damage repair technicians across Sweden

Main Responsibilities

• Repair and replace damaged body parts according to manufacturer instructions
• Perform alignment, welding, and reassembly of sheet metal, plastic, and metal parts
• Work on disassembly and assembly of both minor and major car damage repairs
• Document and manage completed repairs
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team's development

Qualifications and Experience – Car Damage Repair Technicians across Sweden

• Work experience as a car damage repair technician, bodyworker, or equivalent in a workshop
• Good knowledge of bodywork and sheet metal work as well as damage management
• Meriting with education in automotive technology or welding certification
• Driving license B (manual transmission) and Swedish or English in spoken and written form

• Interest in cars, technology, and development
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused with a sense of responsibility
• Enjoys collaborating in a team and can also work independently
• Flexible and service-oriented with a professional attitude towards both colleagues and customers

Employment Type and Working Hours

• Full-time position with permanent employment or as agreed, some positions may involve staffing assignments - we will inform you about these.
• Daytime work on weekdays at authorized workshops in several regions
• Opportunity for development and further education within the company and the automotive academy's network
