HSB is a member-owned housing organization. We are Sweden's leading company in the management and construction of condominiums. HSB Northern Götaland manages approximately 18,000 condominiums and 280 condominium associations. In addition to our member associations, we also have a number of private condominium associations and property owners as satisfied customers. We also manage our own property portfolio of 1,100 apartments and commercial premises. Our service offerings include property services, property economics, contracting, and technology.

Do you want to work in a role where you can be outdoors, take responsibility, and contribute to the well-being of our residential areas? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are now seeking property caretakers for both seasonal employment (May–October) and summer vacation substitutes.

Your responsibilities

In the role of property caretaker, you will work with your team and be responsible for daily planning. The tasks vary but include:

• Garden and green space maintenance

• Minor repairs and maintenance

• Machine operation in outdoor property work

• Maintaining good order and cleanliness in your area of responsibility

You will often meet our residents and play an important role in creating safe and well-maintained environments.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good ability to meet customers and partners in a friendly and personal manner

• Property caretaker education or equivalent work experience

• Experience with machines for outdoor property work

• Ability to perform minor repairs

• Computer skills

• Very good knowledge of Swedish

• B driver's license (requirement)

Meritorious: brushcutter certification, chainsaw certification, training in tree pruning, etc.
