Professionals Nord is seeking a Group Manager on behalf of AFRY. This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted by Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by AFRY.

The Industrial section in Kiruna works with design, construction, and project management within Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanics, Piping, HVAC, and Maintenance in both small and large industrial projects. Clients are primarily found within the Mining & Steel sector.

You will be part of the office in Kiruna with about 30 competent colleagues and you will also be part of the management team for the Industrial Region North – from Hudiksvall to Kiruna.

Job Responsibilities

As a Group Manager in AFRY's Industrial division, you have overall responsibility for the section – personnel, business, marketing, growth, and profitability. Your task is to build a long-term sustainable business with high competence and delivery capacity.

You lead with a coaching approach and create a work environment where employees thrive and develop. At the same time, you drive business, nurture existing customer relationships, and open doors to new opportunities.

You will lead a senior team of 10 people, all of whom look forward to having you on board.

Qualifications

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who:

·         Has a technical university degree and work experience from the industry.

·         Is accustomed to sales and customer relations.

·         Has a strong network in the region and sees collaboration as the key to success.
