The Industrial Section in Kiruna works with design, construction, and project management in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanics, Piping, HVAC, and Maintenance in both small and large industrial projects. The clients are primarily in the Mining & Steel sector.

You will be part of the office in Kiruna with about 30 competent colleagues, and you will also be part of the management team for the Industrial Region North – from Hudiksvall to Kiruna.

Job Responsibilities

As Section Manager in AFRY's Industrial division, you will have overall responsibility for the section – personnel, business, marketing, growth, and profitability. Your task is to build a sustainable business with high competence and delivery capacity.

You lead with a coaching approach and create a work environment where employees thrive and develop. You will lead a senior team of 10 people, all of whom look forward to having you on board.

· Has a technical university degree and work experience from the industry.

· Has had budget and result responsibility.

· Has a strong network in the region and sees collaboration as the key to success.
