Your Role
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will work in Lidl's Supply Chain department at the central warehouse in Örebro. We play a central role in delivering our products to the stores in the central region of Sweden, as well as ensuring that Lidl's freshness concept is followed.
As a Supply Chain Planner, your main focus is always to maintain an optimal supply of our products to the warehouse and our stores. Through careful analysis of sales trends of the assortment and promotional items, you work to make complete and needs-based analyses for orders to the warehouse and further to the store. In your role, you have a lot of contact with other departments in the warehouse, the head office, our suppliers, and of course our stores in the region. You monitor deliveries, and in case of problems or deviations, you contact the relevant employees. The job includes checking orders generated by the system and store, updating modules/tools, and maintaining master data in our business system.
Your Profile
It is advantageous if you have an academic degree and previous experience in similar tasks. As a person, you are positive and outgoing, with good communication skills. You have strong analytical skills and are solution-oriented. You are proficient in computer skills, especially in Google Sheets or Excel. Good knowledge of English is a requirement as we have a supplier network that spans across Europe and handle Swedish in both spoken and written form.
We Offer
You will work in an environment characterized by our core values: performance, respect, trust, down-to-earth attitude, and community. As we grow, you can grow. Quickly. Within your role or towards another. In the same place or somewhere else. In stores, warehouses, or offices. Locally, nationally, or globally. We support you on your journey towards more responsibility and new challenges. You will be part of a large team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and helps each other. You receive everything from wellness grants, parental leave supplements, and employee discounts in our stores to free advice from psychologists, lawyers, and financial advisors, as well as numerous offers through our benefits portal. Of course, you are also covered by a collective agreement and occupational pension.
