About the Position
Are you skilled in precision work and dream of working with car brands such as Dodge, McLaren, Land Rover, Bentley, Ferrari, Maserati, Mitsubishi, and perhaps even Lamborghinis? We are currently looking for a skilled dismantler/assembler for a company in Nacka (Saltsjö-Boo) that will work with truly fine cars in the premium segment at their collision repair shop.
This is a 6-month consultancy position, with the possibility of extension/direct employment by the client company afterwards.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented assembler/dismantler for a collision repair shop in Saltsjö Boo, Nacka. In this role, you will work practically in the workshop with the assembly and disassembly of car parts, simpler bodywork, and preparations for painting. The position is full-time with placement according to agreement.
You are practically inclined, take responsibility for your work, and thrive in a workshop environment. The pace can be high during peak loads, so it is important that you are stress-resistant and work in a structured manner. You see customer interaction as a natural part of the job and contribute to a positive collaboration with colleagues and other departments.
Main Responsibilities:
Assemble and disassemble body parts, interior components, and accessories according to work orders
Remove damaged parts and prepare surfaces for repair or painting
Perform simpler metalwork and adjustments to restore fit
Interpret work orders and report deviations or needs for further actions
Collaborate closely with painters and damage management to ensure flow and quality
Ensure order and cleanliness in the work area and manage waste according to procedures
Provide a professional response during customer contact and at the reception/delivery of vehicles
Qualifications
Experience from a collision repair shop with dismantling/assembly is required
Work experience from an authorized car workshop, preferably with cars from the premium segment
Ability to work both independently and in a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency
Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and service-minded
Manual B driver's license is required
Good Swedish in speech and writing
