The Recruitment and Staffing Unit collaborates with three of the municipality's administrations - the Education Administration, the Social and Care Administration, and the Technical Administration.

Our mission is to recruit substitutes and daily staffing, and we are an important part of the municipality's work with long-term skills supply.

We are now looking for you who are interested in working as a substitute in cleaning services in Delsbo and Friggesund.

Responsibilities

As a substitute in cleaning services, you will clean in places such as preschools, schools, offices, and other areas belonging to Hudiksvall Municipality when regular employees are absent. Many of our workplaces in cleaning services use cleaning machines, and the work may also involve some heavier lifting.

Qualifications

To fit and thrive in the role of a substitute, you need to have a positive attitude and be able to collaborate easily with others. You are also:

• Flexible
• Responsible
• Service-oriented

To communicate with our customers and document your work, a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is required. To be eligible for employment, you need to have completed Swedish elementary school or have approved grades from SFI D. You also need to be comfortable with technology as our work tools are digitized.

A driver's license and access to your own car are desirable as you may need to travel between different workplaces during the day.
