As a demolition and remediation technician with us, your work primarily involves, in consultation with the site manager and colleagues, performing various demolition and remediation tasks after water damage and fires.

We have a wide range of services, and everything within the business may occur, such as:

• Demolition of damages, e.g., fire and water damage
• Remediations, e.g., fire remediation, sewage remediation, mold damage, etc.
• Clearances
• Cleanings

After a period of work, it may also become relevant to carry out asbestos and PCB remediations, for which special training is required.

We work with construction companies, insurance companies, property companies, private individuals, industry, FM companies, and businesses.

The work places high demands on accuracy, responsibility, and safety awareness. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team and have a focus on quality and safety.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has practical work experience
• Is self-driven and responsible
• Is flexible and willing to take on new tasks
• Holds a B driver's license (requirement)
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in asbestos remediation is a plus but not a requirement

Our regular working hours are 07:00–16:00, but we are also prepared to act around the clock in emergency situations.
