About the Position

As COO - Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for daily operations, strategic planning, and development of our operational activities within water treatment and erosion control. You will lead the operational activities across our regional establishments in Kalmar, Örnsköldsvik, and Stockholm, ensuring that our deliveries to customers maintain high quality, safety, and efficiency.

We are based in Sweden but also run projects in Norway, Finland, and Germany. This gives us an exciting breadth and reflects our desire to grow and collaborate across borders.

Your Mission:

• Lead and develop our project-driven operational activities at all establishment locations in Sweden
• Ensure efficient production, logistics, and delivery according to goals for quality, results, and time
• Drive improvement and efficiency projects within the framework of our quality management system related to our processes, workflows, purchasing, and resource utilization.
• Develop leaders and employees in the project organization
• Monitor key performance indicators and create structure for sustainable growth
• Work closely with the CEO and contribute to strategic decisions for the entire company

You will be based at the headquarters in Kalmar, but the location does not necessarily have to be there.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility in the construction, contracting, technology, and/or environmental technology industry.
• Has documented experience in leading larger and comprehensive technical projects
• Is a natural leader who combines structure, communication, trust, and engagement
• Has experience in process development, resource efficiency, and continuous improvements (e.g. Lean) and/or quality systems (ISO9000)
• Is business-minded, responsible, and thrives in a role where you can both drive and develop
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has experience working in a larger business/project management system
• Holds a B driver's license
