Job Description

As Vice President/COO, you will lead and develop our client's operational business in car sales, aftersales, and overall operations. You will ensure the implementation of the group's strategy and contribute to sustainable growth, strong profitability, and high customer satisfaction through effective management of managers, optimization of sales, and development of aftersales. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a performance and results culture. The role requires strategic collaboration with the CEO and close cooperation with other management functions to promote strong leadership within the organization as well as operational management of the facilities.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with solid and documented experience in operational and strategic leadership within larger organizations, where you have had full profit responsibility at either the group or regional level. Your previous experience in leading multiple facilities and working through managers is a requirement, as is your familiarity with being part of a management team. You have a strong business and results orientation, with a proven ability to streamline operational processes and drive the organization towards set goals. Your skills include the ability to build high-performing teams and organizations, where you act as a strong change leader with analytical skills and strong leadership for change and improvement in business acumen and business development. You are accustomed to working with complex issues and developing strategies that promote long-term success. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively within management teams as well as with external partners is crucial in this role. We value your ability to think strategically and act proactively to meet future challenges and opportunities. You will report to the CEO. The position is located in Kalmar.
