Your future tasks

As a technician, you play an important role in the daily operation of our properties. You are responsible for addressing issues in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Your tasks include, among other things:

Receiving and handling reports of issues
Troubleshooting and repairs in apartments, premises, and common areas
Work within plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
Ongoing supervision and maintenance of properties
Documentation and reporting in our digital property systems

The role also involves

Daily contact with tenants
Collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and other partners
Independent work with significant personal responsibility
Contributing to safe, secure, and well-maintained properties

You are one of Vallonbygden's most important contacts in everyday life and contribute to our tenants' comfort and security.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

Property education at the high school level or equivalent practical experience
Good knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
Experience in similar work within property management or maintenance
A valid driver's license (B)
Good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form
Basic computer skills and is comfortable working digitally

Service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor
Independent but also enjoy working in a team
Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible
Social and have an easy time building trust
