About the position

Rhenus Logistics is in an exciting phase of development where we continue to strengthen our transport flows and our customer offering. We are currently implementing a new common TMS that enables increased collaboration across borders and further develops our operational platform.

The role thus has an even clearer customer focus, where quality in delivery and long-term relationships are at the center.

As a freight forwarder with us, you will work with the entire transport chain - from planning and booking to follow-up and invoicing. You will ensure stable and efficient goods flows while developing collaboration with customers, carriers, and colleagues.

You will be an active part of our traffic team where we work closely, support each other in everyday life, and jointly drive improvement and development.

In our ongoing development phase, there is a particular focus on:

• Developing relationships with customers and transport partners
• Participating in improvement initiatives and further developing our work processes
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in freight forwarding or transport logistics who thrives in a role with customer contact, responsibility, and pace.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have experience with international transport flows.

Additional language skills, such as Hungarian, Czech, or other Slavic languages, are advantageous.

It is also an advantage if you have experience working with modern TMS systems and relationship-building customer or partner work within logistics.
