At Scania Go, we are changing the way people travel between buildings on the Scania site – with smart, sustainable, and efficient solutions such as shuttle buses, e-bikes, comfort cars, and Scania Job Express. With our travel app, the journey becomes smooth, fast, and environmentally friendly.

Your role – more than just driving

As a driver within Scania Go, you are an important ambassador for our mobility service and responsible for ensuring that every journey is safe, comfortable, and tailored to the customer.

Your tasks include:

• Transporting passengers within the Södertälje area safely and cost-effectively
• Conducting daily inspections/checks of the vehicle and reporting any faults to the nearest manager as well as the odometer reading
• Being positive, service-oriented, and adapting communication to the customer's needs
• Actively participating in improvement work to develop the service
• Managing driver support via our Driver app
• Driving shuttle buses as needed
• Performing other tasks within HASSU according to management's instructions

We are looking for you who – are a confident and service-oriented person

You have a natural drive to make every journey as good as possible and a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction. You are flexible, attentive, and thrive in a role where you meet people daily.

The position requires that you have:

• A valid driver's license (B)
• Experience in driving and customer contact
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Digital proficiency and comfort with apps and technology
• Commitment to creating a positive and safe experience for our travelers

About the position

The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon. Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Location: Södertälje.
