About the Unit:
The Logistics Unit Stockholm is a unit at the Life Guards that supports military units from the operational locations of Stockholm, Solna, and Kungsängen.
The unit currently consists of a Staff, a Technical Department, a Mobilization Department, a Supply Department in Stockholm, and a Supply Department in Kungsängen. The Logistics Unit contributes to a stronger defense through well-functioning logistics, unit-near storage management, supply provisioning, and ordering of material maintenance in peace, during readiness increases, and in war. The Armed Forces, and in particular the Logistics Unit Stockholm, are growing in several different areas.
About the Section:
At the Logistics Unit's service depot, the work is both varied and developing. We deliver our professional service and knowledge every day in our interactions with our customers. Our section consists of nine employees of mixed ages, with different skills and backgrounds. We make sure to have fun at work, we work together and help each other. Above all, we always maintain a professional and friendly tone with our customers.
As an employee of the Armed Forces, we offer:

Main Responsibilities
- Manage clothing materials at the customer service desk
- Collaborate to develop the work team
- Inventory management and inventory of clothing materials
- Conduct material accounting in the Armed Forces' accounting system PRIO (SAP)
- Participate in exercises throughout the Armed Forces
- Manage customer contacts with customers and functions within the Armed Forces together with colleagues
- Be prepared to support other sections within the department
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Approved high school education
- Several years of experience in warehouse/storage work or in a service profession or other competencies deemed equivalent by the employer
- Driver's license minimum B (Manual)
- Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish
- Good experience working in a digital computer environment

We are looking for someone who is structured, orderly, and has a sense of service. Meeting new people should be second nature, and you can express yourself well verbally and in writing. You will work in a group, so we prefer that you can collaborate well with others and have good camaraderie, but also be able to work independently and take your own initiative and responsibility. As a person, you are stress-resistant, flexible, meticulous, and loyal. We will place great emphasis on your personality.

Meritorious
- Experience handling the Armed Forces' accounting system PRIO (SAP)
- Previously worked with the Armed Forces' material
- Knowledge and experience from the Armed Forces' operations

The Life Guards is one of the largest units in the Armed Forces with roots dating back to 1521. We train tomorrow's soldiers, as well as military police and personnel for international missions. We guard the royal palaces, we have security and ground combat units. We are also responsible for preserving and developing Swedish military music traditions. Our headquarters is located in Kungsängen outside Stockholm, but we are also present in Sollentuna, central Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Karlskrona.
