Have you ever been in contact with healthcare? Stayed in a hotel, dined at a restaurant, or worked in a laboratory? Then you have probably encountered Textilia, even if you didn’t notice it. We provide laundry and textile services to customers with high demands for sustainability, service, quality, and hygiene. We are a company in constant development, and here you can be part of driving the development forward – together for a cleaner tomorrow.

We are now looking for someone who wants to take a leading role in our production in Stockholm and at the same time help shape the future of Textilia.

We are seeking a production manager who wants to drive change, create engagement, and build a strong workplace.

Do you want to lead – for real?

As a Production Manager with us, you step into a role with real influence. You lead people, drive improvements, and create conditions for a safe, efficient, and well-functioning production.

You are present in everyday life, set direction forward, and help people grow. At the same time, you have a clear responsibility for results where productivity, quality, work environment, and sustainability go hand in hand.

You are part of the local management team and report to the site manager – which means you influence decisions that shape the development of the business.

Your mission

You will have overall responsibility where you:

  • Lead and distribute the daily work in production
  • Create engagement, accountability, and team spirit
  • Drive goals within productivity, HRO (LEAN, 5S), customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and sustainability
  • Initiate and implement improvement work in your own and related processes
  • Ensure a safe work environment focusing on environmental, occupational health, and fire safety issues
  • Actively work with staffing, employee development, and psychosocial work environment
  • Minimize production and distribution disruptions through structure and foresight

This is the role for you who wants to deliver results today and build an even stronger organization for tomorrow.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference

To succeed with us, you need more than experience – you need will, energy, and a genuine interest in people.

You have:

  • Documented experience in leading and developing teams
  • Technical background, preferably in production or engineering
  • Experience in process optimization and working according to LEAN and 5S
  • Ability to work structured and proactively to prevent disruptions
  • An inclusive and communicative leadership style
  • Good system skills (MS Office, MPS systems – Maintmaster is a plus)
  • Very good Swedish and English

You have high demands for order and tidiness, but equally high ambitions regarding culture, work environment, and performance. You put the team before yourself – and know that strong teams create strong results.

With us, you grow – and we grow with you. At Textilia, we believe in giving real responsibility. Here you get the mandate, trust, and support to make decisions and drive change.

We have a flat organization with decentralized decision-making. This means that your ideas matter. We encourage innovation, learn from our experiences, and dare to test new solutions.

When you develop in your role, the entire business develops. That’s how we create long-term success – together.

Ready to take the next step?

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Background checks will be conducted. Selection is ongoing – so please do not wait to apply.

Do you want to lead with engagement, create structure in complexity, and contribute to a more sustainable future? Then we want to hear from you.

Recruitment and staffing companies are kindly asked not to contact us.

With us, you can develop both yourself and the company

At Textilia, we believe in development – both for the individual and for the business. When you grow in your role, we grow as a company. Therefore, you will receive great trust, clear frameworks, and supportive leadership that helps you take the next step.

We are driven by a common purpose and values such as engagement, innovation, and business focus. With us, work is not governed by unnecessary rules, but by judgment, responsibility, and the desire to find smarter solutions. We believe in learning from experience – even when something doesn’t go right from the start. Our organization is built on trust and distribution of responsibility. With a flat structure and decentralized decision-making, every employee has the opportunity to influence – both everyday life and the future. That’s how we develop Textilia, together.

About Textilia

Textilia is a Scandinavian group with over 2,600 employees providing nationwide laundry and textile services. In Sweden, we operate twelve laundries – from Boden in the north to Malmö in the south – with the Swedish office in Örebro. With more than 70 years of experience, we ensure that healthcare, industry, hotels, and restaurants have access to clean and reliable textiles every day.

We are proud to be a workplace where people from over 40 nationalities work together, with an even gender distribution in both operations and management. This shapes our culture – and strengthens us. As one of the first in the industry, we recycle discarded textiles on a large scale. This is part of our long-term mission to create a cleaner tomorrow.
