Your Responsibilities

Scanfil Malmö is looking for someone who wants to contribute with their technical expertise and engagement in our modern electronics production.

As a Machine Operator in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), you will be a central part of our production flow. You will work in a high-tech environment where precision, quality, and continuous development are in focus.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Operate all or parts of the surface mount line and understand the entire SMT process.

• Set up, screen, operate SPI and surface mount machines.

• Select oven profiles and interpret AOI & solder results.

• Work according to the manufacturing standard IPC-610.

• Contribute to and drive continuous improvements together with colleagues.

• Work shifts - including night and weekend shifts may be required.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in production within electronics manufacturing and surface mounting.

• Experience with machines, preferably Mycronic or ASM.

• High quality awareness and a good understanding of SMT process requirements.

• Further education in a technical program or IT.

• An active, driven, and flexible work style.

• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
