Our department for selective demolition - Light Demolition currently consists of a management team and about 40 demolishers who perform selective demolition with a focus on safety and environmental considerations. The team takes on demolition of facades, interior walls, installations, etc., and performs the work with smaller machines, demolition robots, or hand tools.

As a demolisher with us, you will work together with your colleagues on various projects in Greater Stockholm. The work as a demolisher involves several different tasks, and your main responsibilities are:

· Demolition

· Machine operation, Bobcat and Brokk

· Dismantling

· Material handling and cleaning

To thrive in the role and with us at Lotus, we believe that you are a solution-oriented and responsible team player who enjoys collaborating with others and has good knowledge of Swedish and English. We prefer that you have at least 2 years of experience in demolition, and it is an advantage if you can operate Brokk, Bobcat and hold a B driver's license.

As a demolisher, you will have an important role and contribute to ensuring that demolition waste is carefully sorted so that as much as possible of the demolition materials can be reused or recycled. This contributes to our goal of minimizing environmental impact and maximizing material reuse.
