In the role of nursing assistant within home care, you will be challenged with creative and fun tasks. It is a flexible and varied job where you meet care recipients with different care needs and support measures. You put the care recipient at the center and work to achieve the best possible encounter. An important part of the job is to create quality of life in everyday life for the individual and to consider each person's circumstances and needs.

As a nursing assistant, you will perform all tasks that occur within the operation, in close collaboration with other professional groups such as rehabilitation staff and nurses. The work includes performing health and medical care tasks by delegation.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying should be a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent. For employment as a nursing assistant, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare confirming the right to use the title nursing assistant is required.

You should also:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a driving license
• Master the Swedish language in speech and writing
