Process Operators for the Seed Unit, Skara

We are now looking for a process operator who wants to work with us!

This is what you will do

As a process operator in production, you will have a varied job. Your tasks will consist of handling seeds. The seeds are classified as food, and therefore there are high demands to maintain quality in accordance with applicable requirements. The work includes both independent tasks and teamwork, and we see the importance of being flexible throughout our production line.

We are looking for a process operator whose main tasks will be in our packing department, thermoseed facility, handling the steam boiler for the thermoseed facility, forklift driving, as well as improvement and hygiene work.

What you need to succeed and thrive

You have:

• Completed at least a 3-year high school education
• Experience in some form of process work
• Basic computer skills and have probably worked in some production-related IT system
• Ease in reading and understanding instructions
• Ability to collaborate in the process flow

• Detail-oriented, works systematically, has drive and takes initiative
• Quality-conscious
• Communicative
• Independent and has a good ability to plan your workday
