Job Description

Are you a person with a strong technical interest? Do you thrive in a work environment with freedom under responsibility and short decision-making paths? Then you could be our new injection molding operator. Welcome to submit your application!

As an injection molding operator, you will be responsible for performing quality checks and ensuring that the production process runs according to rules and standards in highly automated production lines. You will monitor, start, stop, and adjust machines, document results, and report any deviations. Your responsibilities also include performing basic maintenance and contributing to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

The work is performed in two shifts.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a technical education at the high school level or equivalent experience in the manufacturing industry. It is advantageous if you have several years of experience in manufacturing processes such as thermoforming and/or injection molding, as well as experience in basic maintenance of machines or tools.

This position suits you if you have a solid sense of self and a strong inner drive. You are used to taking responsibility and are meticulous in your execution. You are a creative problem solver and, of course, you have a strong technical interest.

A+B forklift license is a plus.
