About the position

We are now looking for engaged and driven operators for summer jobs at Santa Maria's spice factory in Mölndal. The work is scheduled for two shifts from Monday to Friday, where the morning shift is between 06:50 and 15:00 (Fridays until 14:40) and the afternoon shift is between 15:00 and 23:30 (Fridays until 19:10). The position involves a consulting employment with Adecco, but you will perform your work at Santa Maria in Mölndal.
This is a full-time summer job that lasts throughout the summer period, with a desired start in May until week 33.

As an operator, your tasks will vary somewhat depending on which department you work in, but primarily your tasks will include the following:
- Cleaning, checking, and resetting machines
- Assembling and disassembling machine parts
- Responsible for the operation of a machine line
- Handling, filling, and emptying raw materials

You will either belong to production, mixing, or refilling. Both mixing and refilling require very good physical condition as the work involves many heavy lifts.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and meticulous with a keen eye for detail. You have a strong safety mindset and are happy to take your own initiatives within your area of responsibility. Since the work involves shift work, it is important that you are flexible and enjoy varying working hours.
Important for the position is:
- You have a forklift license A2 (pedestrian stacker)
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- You are organized, independent, and quality-conscious

It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous experience in food production
- Previous experience as a process/machine operator
- Technical competence
