We are currently represented in ten locations around Västra Götaland with authorized full-service facilities offering car sales, service workshops, and spare parts sales in Mariestad, Skara, Lidköping, Karlstad, Arvika, Skene, Kungsbacka, Varberg, Falkenberg, and Halmstad. Motor Trend is also one of nine authorized Lexus dealers in Sweden, and our exclusive Lexus facility is established in Karlstad. Our certified Lexus workshops are located in Karlstad, Mariestad, and Halmstad.

We at Motor Trend in Mariestad are looking for extra staff for the spring tire season!

The job involves working in a team where we change tires on our customers' and our internal vehicles during the tire season. Changes occur at scheduled times. The tires are then washed in a machine and stored in our tire hotel with the help of a forklift.

We currently have most tires stored in our tire hotel, but also have brought-in tires for changing.

Heavy lifting is required; when mounting on the car, we use electric tire lifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage tire inventory and registration in the tire hotel
• Forklift operation with a pedestrian stacker
• Washing tires in the tire washing machine
• Tire changing
• Encoding tire pressure sensors
• Basic service tasks
• Experience in tire mounting and balancing is a merit and may be required as needed

Requirements:

• Driver's license B (manual/automatic)
• Experience in tire changing/tire mounting or similar work with vehicles
• Forklift license is a merit
• Able to work in a team but also independently
• Good service sense and ability to communicate in Swedish
