Do you want to conquer the Swedish market in HR, payroll, and finance? Are you a relationship builder with a competitive instinct and a strong drive? Then this could be your next challenge! 💼

We are now looking for a proactive and goal-oriented B2B salesperson who wants to combine sales, marketing, and business development – while living and working from Spain.

🎯About the role

In this role, you will work with both warm and cold leads and engage with both small and large companies across Sweden. You will contact decision-makers in various industries and sectors. This is a role for you who want to be more than just a “salesperson” – you will become an important part of the company's growth journey and a strategic partner in the business.

Responsibilities:

  • 📞 Call and schedule meetings with potential customers

  • 📝 Document and categorize leads in CRM (HubSpot)

  • 📩 Create email templates and tailored content

  • 💬 Be active and proactive on LinkedIn

  • 📊 Monitor and analyze the market

  • 🤝 Build relationships through social media, events, and fairs

  • 🎤 Take notes during customer meetings and support the CEO in the business process

  • 🎨 Collaborate with an external advertising agency in communication and campaigns

✅We are looking for someone who:
  • Has 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales

  • Has worked with appointment booking, customer service, or outbound sales

  • Is familiar with working in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)

  • Has experience with LinkedIn as a sales channel

  • Has a basic understanding of HR, payroll, or finance

  • Has an established network in relevant industries (meritorious)

  • Education in marketing, finance, HR, or payroll is a plus – but we value personality and results the most.

  • Fixed base salary + attractive commission model

  • Start date according to agreement, preferably during Q1 (February/March)
