Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Business Developer / Sub Project Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead investigations on how to structure, maintain, and leverage product structures in a new PLM system
Enable part-centric structures, digital thread capabilities, Model-Based Design (MBD), and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Analyze and define areas such as:
HG structure
Classification
Requirement objects vs. documents
Break down complex PLM and process challenges into manageable work packages
Work iteratively with engineering teams to define proposals and drive decisions
Document findings, recommendations, and decisions
Support change management and stakeholder alignment

What You Bring

Strong Project Management skills
Experience managing complex problem-solving processes in engineering environments
Experience with process engineering
Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with engineering communities
Strong communication and change management skills
Fluent English (Swedish is a plus)
Structured and analytical mindset
