JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a new cultural developer with a strong commitment to culture in all its forms. Someone with the ability to think strategically, develop operations, and who is skilled in environmental monitoring. You will be part of a competent team and participate in the department's tasks. The role specifically includes working on long-term relationships with associations and study associations, with culture in care, and with issues related to community building processes. You will also handle applications, write reports and service documents, and participate in the work with public events.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a bachelor's degree in cultural studies or equivalent
  • has at least three years of experience working in the public cultural sector
  • has knowledge of national, regional, and local structures within the cultural field
  • is good at building trust and creating and maintaining good relationships
  • has experience independently managing projects and is used to working within a given budget and according to organizational guidelines
  • has good administrative skills and is an experienced user of a digital work environment and Office 365
  • has a driver's license

We also see that you:

  • enjoy being part of a team and working independently
  • have experience in event production
  • have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • have the ability to create structure and work towards set goals
  • are creative when needed and follow guidelines when they exist

We place great importance on personal qualities.

OTHER

Interviews are scheduled to take place on March 18 and 19.

As a permanent employee, you will generally be placed in our organization in case of war.
