We are now looking for you, a district nurse who wants to help develop how we together meet patients with diabetes and/or asthma/COPD - in close collaboration between professions, with structure, care, and shared responsibility.

You will be an important part of how we:

You are a district nurse and:

• have experience or interest in diabetes and/or asthma/COPD

• enjoy working closely with other professions
