The companies offer comprehensive solutions for properties, with specialized expertise in various areas. We take responsibility for the whole or assist with individual point interventions, entirely based on the customer's needs. We are located in about 30 places across the country and have a total of approximately 600 employees.
Are you business-driven and ready for your next challenge? We at Ömangruppen are now looking for an engaged sales representative focused on growth, customer relationships, and sustainable business. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, structured, and enjoys working with both new and existing customers. Is this the role for you? Apply today!
Ömangruppen offers complete solutions in everything related to ventilation, heating, cooling, and automation. We operate in the areas of energy, environment, and projects. Ömangruppen is a values-driven company. Our values not only create a sense of community but also guide how we work in our daily lives. Our employees are our greatest asset. Ömangruppen has a strong focus on sustainability. Growth must be sustainable in every way. Therefore, we work with three different focus areas - an attractive workplace, a balanced planet, and governance towards sustainable choices - where we can make a real difference and minimize the footprints we leave behind. As an employee at Ömangruppen, it is important that you want to make a difference for the climate of the future. The entire group is environmentally certified, and we work according to the environmental management standard Swedish Environmental Base.

As a salesperson at Ömangruppen, you will be responsible for driving and developing sales efforts with a focus on growth, profitability, and long-term sustainable business. In the role of salesperson, you will among other things:
- Actively prospect new customers and develop existing relationships for increased growth
- Participate in quote work, pricing, and negotiations
- Follow up on sales targets, budgets, and profitability

- Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
- Good understanding of budgets and results
- Driver's license B
- Good knowledge of Office
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

As a person, you are driven, unpretentious, and loyal, with a natural engagement that inspires your colleagues. You have strong social skills and enjoy creating new contacts, both internally and externally, where you quickly build trust and good relationships. Furthermore, you are a humble team player who actively contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Social Sustainability
It is easy to equate sustainability with climate and environmental issues, but for us, sustainability also involves the social aspect. As an employer, we have a significant responsibility and an opportunity to influence our employees' everyday lives. We care about your development and invest in both internal and external training for our employees. We know that if you grow, we grow! The social climate here is characterized by unpretentiousness and community, where we work together to deliver high-quality service to our customers. We have short decision-making paths, and you have the opportunity to influence your everyday life.
