Coop Borstahusen is looking for a new seller to our wonderful team!

At Coop, we not only deliver good products at good prices, we see ourselves a bit like a kinder egg. We always deliver something exciting to our customers, something they can play with (mainly in the kitchen but we have other things too) and of course, we have a lot of chocolate and other goodies. Not only that, but the customer also receives top-class service from our staff.

Working as a seller at Coop is a highly varied job. You perform cash register work, sales, stock picking, displaying products, ordering, and much, much more.

Your mission as a seller includes, among other things:

• Ensuring that shelves are always fronted and well-stocked
• Ensuring that all products have the correct prices
• Handling complaints and feedback from customers according to guidelines in a professional manner
• Keeping the store clean and appealing

The position is a part-time temporary job, 30 hours a week. Start date May 2026 or according to agreement. The temporary position runs until August 2027. Your working hours may vary as we are open when our customers want to shop, from morning to evening, Monday to Sunday.

• Experience and competence in retail sales is an advantage
• Experience as a chef & cold food assistant is an advantage
• Experience and competence in service professions is an advantage
• Multilingual and experience/interest in different cultures is an advantage

The most important thing for us is that you are genuinely interested in food, service, and sales. If you have a passion for cooking, that is also a big plus. You should enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to creating a good working environment. We want you to have good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, see the customer's needs, and deliver the best customer service in the industry with pride and joy. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself. We won't hide the fact that it can be a stressful job at times, so it is important that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can maintain calm and a smile even in stressful situations. Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is always number one.
