YOUR ROLE

As a gardener, you will be responsible for taking care of and developing the outdoor environment of the properties managed by MBA. You will become an important part of the team and contribute to creating pleasant, well-maintained, and inviting outdoor environments for our customers.

To thrive with us, a positive and open attitude is crucial. Our fundamental approach is that we solve problems – together. This means that the tasks are varied and allow for both development and innovation.

During the growing season, recurring tasks include:

• Planting seasonal plants
• Minor landscaping work
• Maintenance of perennial flowerbeds and plantings
• Weeding
• Hedge trimming and pruning
• Lawn mowing and general garden maintenance

The work is practical and at times physically demanding, but it suits those who enjoy working outdoors and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

WORK AS A PROPERTY WORKER

In addition to gardening, the position may also involve tasks as a property worker. This involves contributing to the daily maintenance of the properties, both externally and, in some cases, internally.

Tasks may include:

• Supervision and basic maintenance of properties
• Repairs and practical measures as needed
• Maintenance of common areas
• Bicycle clean-ups, basement and attic clear-outs

Here too, solution focus and service mindset are central parts of the role. You are our face to the outside world and contribute to good customer relationships through a professional and friendly approach.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in gardening and plants. You are open-minded, see opportunities where others see problems, and are driven to find solutions.

You have the ability to work independently under your own responsibility and are happy to take initiatives. At the same time, you enjoy working in a team and have good collaboration skills.

A driving license (B) is a requirement. Since we work closely with our customers, it is also important that you speak Swedish fluently.

Education in gardening or similar is an advantage but not a requirement – we value the right attitude and willingness to work above all. We are looking for versatile and handy individuals for several different positions, with the common denominator that the work takes place outdoors.

The positions are primarily seasonal employment from now until November, with the possibility of permanent employment. We are mainly looking for full-time employees.
